05.10.2010Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC has taken decision to re-organize insurance companies such as “Subsidiary Company of BTA Bank JSC “BTA Insurance” JSC, “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC and “Subsidiary Insurance Company of BTA Bank JSC “BTA Zabota” JSC by adjoining of “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC and “Subsidiary Insurance Company of BTA Bank JSC “BTA Zabota” JSC to “Subsidiary Company of BTA Bank JSC “BTA Insurance” JSC.
